Fees - Children
Fees include administration, planning and preparation time. Home visits are available within Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Travel is included within 5 miles of Wigginton. A travel supplement may apply for visits outside this area and will be discussed at the time of booking. Payment is via bank transfer (preferred) or cash and must be received no more than 48 hours after the session. I also work with some insurance companies.
£130
A standard assessment generally takes 1 to 1½ hours. It will involve gaining information from you and assessment of your baby, child or teeenager. A full history will be taken and previous medical or therapeutic interventions will be discussed, and a full physical assessment will be carried out specific to your child’s needs. I may make recommendations about exercises and activities and will provide a personal programme detailing this. The cost does not include a written report but if you require this in addition this will be charged at £60 which details your child's current strengths and needs and can be sent on to any other health professionals as requested.

Some children require shorter assessments and this is likely to be a 45 minute appointment. This is for things such as post operative rehabilitation, gait assessment and some sports injuries. A full history will be taken and a physical assessment will be carried out specific to your child’s needs. I may make recommendations about exercises and activities and will provide a home exercise programme detailing this. The cost does not include a written report but if you require this in addition this will be charged at £60 which details your child's current strengths and needs and can be sent on to any other health professionals as requested.
​Following an initial assessment, I will discuss the recommended frequency of follow-up sessions depending on your child's individual needs, goals and progress.
Individual follow-up session: £95
This will be approximately a 45–60 minute session focused on reviewing your child's progress, reassessing their needs and working towards their individual goals.
I will discuss activities and strategies for you to work on between sessions and provide a personalised exercise or therapy programme where appropriate.

Therapy block: £540 (6 sessions)
I offer a small discount when you book and pay for a block of 6 therapy sessions in advance.
Booking a block can help provide consistency and support your child's progress over a period of time.
If you need to cancel a session due to illness, this will be rearranged at no extra cost. If the full set of sessions is no longer required, any unused sessions will be refunded.

30-minute review appointment: £70
This will be a 30-minute review session for children who require a shorter appointment.
I will reassess your child's progress, review any current exercises or strategies, and discuss activities for you to continue working on between sessions. An updated exercise or therapy programme will be provided where appropriate.​​​
Virtual follow up: £65
Follow-up virtual physiotherapy sessions are available for children and young people who have already had an initial assessment. These sessions typically last 30–45 minutes.
Virtual sessions are ideal for progress reviews, exercise progression, or advice on positioning, mobility, or equipment. They can also include liaison with other professionals where helpful.
A follow-up exercise programme will also be provided if appropriate.​
£100
This is a 1 hour visit to your child's nursery. It involves observation of your child's physical skills in their nursery or school environment. It also includes advice to nursery/school staff on how to promote your child's gross motor development and modelling of therapy techniques. Written targets and exercises will be provided. If the nursery or school has already had targets supplied by me, or if I am just seeing the child for a therapy session within school hours (ie not involving or training school/nursery staff) then the normal therapy session price applies (£90).
