Fees - Adults
Fees include administration, planning and preparation time. Travel is also included within a 5 mile radius of Wigginton and Tring, Hertfordshire. Travel is charged at £2 per additional mileage. Payment is via bank transfer (preferred) or cash and must be received no more than 48 hours after the session. I am happy to look into registering with health insurance companies on request.
Standard Assessment £90
This generally takes around 60 minutes. It will involve gaining information from you, getting to know your medical history and discussing your current level of fuction and goals. Previous medical or therapeutic interventions will be discussed, and a full physical assessment will be carried out specific to your needs. The cost does not include a written report but if you require this in addition this will be charged at £60 which details your current strengths and needs and can be sent on to any other health professionals as requested. Any exercise programmes will be included in the assessment and either given to you on the day or sent following the appointment.
£70 (50-60 minute session)
Review sessions last 50-60 minutes. I will discuss things for you to work on in between my sessions and provide an exercise programme if appropriate.

Therapy Block: £400 (6 x 50 minutes)
I offer a small discount when you book and pay in advance for a block of 6 therapy sessions. If you need to cancel a session due to illness, this will be rearranged at no extra cost. Money will be reimbursed if the full set of sessions is not required.
In some cases, where shorter sessions are most appropriate, or for minor injuries/some musculoskeletal concerns, fees may be reduced and this will be discussed and agreed prior to initial assessment and treatment.
